Dr. Kami Hoss is a sought-after author, consultant, inventor, and speaker in the fields of dentistry and business. He is the CEO of The Super Dentists, the largest pediatric dentistry and orthodontic practice in San Diego. The clinic currently has more than 180 employees, serving 125,000+ active patients.  As the head of The Super Dentists, Dr. Hoss manages the development, renovation, expansion, and daily. He is also the CEO of Acceledontics and Howard Healthcare Academy (a dental assistance school).

Through The Super Dentists, Dr. Kami Hoss and his team organize a free dental day for children who cannot afford to get regular dental treatment. They also hold an annual Halloween party for 4000 to 5000 kids, using the event to teach the children about good oral hygiene. Every year, Dr. Hoss and his team visit 800 schools to give free dental education.
